I love it. I really valued the tips on practical application of mindfulness principles to the workplace environment. I feel calmer and am more able to recapture serenity when momentarily lost.

Dr. Kristen Race’s program provides people with the tools to become effective and balanced in their lives.

The standard answer to the question “how are you doing today” is “I’m busy”. It doesn’t seem to matter who you are talking to, everyone is busy. Like any fine-tuned machine, people need to recharge in order to be as effective as possible and somehow we seem to have trouble figuring out how. Dr. Kristen Race’s program provides people with the tools to become effective and balanced in their lives. It teaches people how to recharge so that they can be as productive and happy as possible.”

The Workplace Program has helped equip me to reduce stress and increase productivity.

Jon Snyder, Public Works Director, City of Steamboat Springs

I had a sense that distractions from email and text messaging took a toll, but I had no idea how disruptive and how energy-consuming they really were. I have already seen an increase in workplace productivity attributable to key practices in this course.

I would recommend it to almost anyone in the modern workplace, especially because the new age of emails, text messaging, and the expectation of instantaneous replies are driving us all to exhaustion.

I think everyone could use a little mindfulness in their life.

I thought it was a very well organized program that has really helped me in my work. I have become more efficient in my work and I have learned how to deal with my stressors to allow me to be happier. I think everyone could use a little mindfulness in their life.

Karen Mahoney, music teacher

It can be life changing if you follow the program.

I loved this entire program. It really changed my life. It had a great impact on me and I feel that these ideas also impacted my students and my own children. It was an amazing experience.

Kim Kelly, Teacher

I have already highly recommended it to my immediate work group.

I really enjoyed the program. I felt it provided an excellent balance of background and research to support the importance and benefits of practicing mindfulness - and then, it provided practical tools and training on how to implement them. Thank you!

Those things that I thought were so important to constantly monitor can definitely wait.

The course really helped me manage my life better and allowed me to enjoy life more than I was. I learned that taking time to put down the electronic devices, making time for myself and others is something I have to do more of. Those things that I thought were so important to constantly monitor can definitely wait so that I can give more attention to the truly important things in life. I just want to thank you for the opportunity!

It was well worth the time!

The content was very applicable and the delivery made for a very manageable schedule. I have changed the organization of completing work projects at specific times with focused attention rather than trying to squeeze in a little here and a little there with constant interruptions. It was well worth the time!

I think that the course offers a variety of 'connectors' or 'ahaa' moments...

I think that the course offers a variety of 'connectors' or 'ahaa' moments for different people struggling with different mindfulness issues. Whether it is work related or personal related - I think understanding how your brain works first is such a huge step in figuring out how you personally can be productive and feel in control. It gave a lot of practical tools that have been very useful in organizing my overwhelming work days.

Being in the moment and intentional with my time has helped quite a bit.

Being in the moment and intentional with my time has helped quite a bit.I found it very useful to start to learn how to reign in my mind and be intentional with my thoughts, actions, and time.

I think this is a good course for anyone to really get to know themselves and how their mind works. It's especially useful for people who have jobs where their attention is demanded randomly throughout the day.

Caleb, Mindfulness & the Workplace Participant

The best thing about this course is that it is TRULY life changing.

This program far exceeded my expectations. The simplicity of the strategies really allowed me to give things a fair try in order to feel the impact in my life; both personally and professionally. The best thing about this course is that it is TRULY life changing.

School Counselor, Rocky River Schools

If you think you are too busy for this course, then it's the perfect course for you

We all walk around saying how "busy" we all are, like it's a badge of honor. This course gives us the tools we need to to combat the "busy-ness" and fight back against the stress that it causes. If you think you are too busy for this course, then it's the perfect course for you!

I feel more enriched and enlightened than I thought would be possible

Some courses make great promises and at the end you might have found 1 thing to take away but for the price paid it didn't seem worthwhile. At the end of the Mindfulness and the Workplace course, I feel more enriched and enlightened than I thought would be possible. I cannot express my THANKS enough!!

It was just the kick in the pants that I needed

It was just the kick in the pants that I needed to implement a few, but wonderful, changes in my life. I have already recommended the course to several people and hope that they, too, will take the steps to make their life better every day.

Karen Schneider, Director of Resort and Hotel Sales, Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, Mindful Workplace Participant

not being stressed and frustrated when I arrive at work has allowed me to get more work done

I have been reading about and haphazardly trying to practice mindfulness for the last two years. My greatest challenge was to set up a daily practice. The course finally put the pieces together for me. Also, not being stressed and frustrated when I arrive at work has allowed me to get more work done.

Definitely appreciating the increase in calmness this has brought to my life

Whether it’s making my morning shower a time filled with purpose and mindfulness (and not thinking about the 101 things I need to do), or simply being more mindful to watch for moments where I catch myself becoming overwhelmed, I take a moment to “stop” and breathe.  Definitely appreciating the increase in calmness this has brought to my life!

I learned that it is appropriate for me to block time, close my door, silence my phone, and get my job done too

I have always been the type of employee that drops everything that I am working on to help someone with their job or their question. I've found that is damaging to my progress on the work and projects that I need to get done. I learned that it is appropriate for me to block time, close my door, silence my phone, and get my job done too. That has made a huge impact. In making these changes, it was helpful to have multiple people within our department take the course at the same time because we had the same tools and the same language, so implementing them was much easier than I thought it would be.

Kim Weber, Finance Director, City of Steamboat Springs

Such a better way to start the day

I have already benefitted from developing a morning routine that does not have me checking my email as soon as I open my eyes. Such a better way to start the day.

Katharine Page, Confident Kid Club, Mindful Workplace Participant

Prior to this program, I constantly felt like a ball of nervous energy, tangled and wound so tightly...

I was never truly present and consumed with my ever running mental to do list. Now, I am a more present employee, partner, step mom, daughter, and friend because I am present and I am mindful in life. I've also noticed my memory has improved substantially. I loved the science of the brain that was incorporated with each module. It felt important to know the mechanics of the brain to understand why each practice was vital. I recommend this course because it changed the way I live my life. I have a better relationship with myself and my loved ones. I am a better employee. I'm also more present in my life. It is so worth it.

Jessica Koenig, Staff Assistant
City of Steamboat Springs

I never realized there are so many easy practices that are able to make a big impact in my life.

I learned that, no matter what, if I have had a bad day or a good day that there is always a positive way to look at situations and how I have a positive effect. I have become very self-aware and am able to see what my stressors and triggers are. I find that I handle stressful situations better after I pause, breathe and reflect, before reacting. It was all information that can be incorporated into our daily lives!

This course exceeded my expectations! I feel a lot less stressed out.

This wasn't just about breathing, it provided options for me to de-stress my work and personal life. It showed me I can apply the exercises in different areas of my life and not just one. The practices have helped me to be more a compassionate, mindful person. This program would help our company culture as a whole, and I hope everyone can take the course. Why? Because it helps everyone respect each others time and priorities.

I believe this course will make you better individual, spouse/partner, parent and employee.

The course was really engaging! I felt like I was heard. The visuals on the modules were great (and funny!) and that fact helped me remember the lesson material. For example, the module on understanding the costs of distraction helped me visually understand the impact distraction had on my brain. I realized why I was so tired at the end of the day and didn't get much done. I was mentally draining myself with too much at once. Being aware of this has helped me start one task and complete it. I realized it was better to have two small tasks completed than 15 unfinished tasks. I now have the ability to complete personal goals for myself by mapping out obstacles.

I am a more calm person throughout the work day.

My stress and busyness has not changed, but the program has made me aware of the stress I let off and I have naturally become more at peace. For me, the greatest impact of this program was learning to be aware of ways to de-stress in the moment. While challenging to apply sometimes, I appreciate knowing how I can improve!

I would absolutely recommend this course!

I feel less stressed during the day. It is so easy to get caught up in the work drama and now that I have tools to help calm my mind so I can actually work to solve the problem is very helpful. I love learning the science behind things I had intuitively thought, such as the fact that you shouldn't multi-task. It's much better understanding the science than just having a feeling!

Mary

I've been less "snappy" and more compassionate.

I enjoyed the learning about the functions of the brain and the physiological reasons why we respond in a certain way and stress effects that. It really put it in perspective for me I feel like life only gets more complicated and incorporating some of these tactics into my life helps me navigate with a clearer mind. I found this course to be very relatable and executable. I loved this course and want to tell all my friends and family about it!

We could deliver more calm and attentive care to our patients...

Bringing mindfulness into my workplace seemed unrealistic to me, but through the course, I realized mindfulness doesn’t necessarily mean finding time to actually meditate at work! I would love to see my team of nurses and physicians take this course together. We could find ways to support each other and in turn deliver more calm and attentive care to our patients. And, for the first time, in many years of being interested in and trying out different mindfulness techniques, I am actually practicing daily.

Engaging in these new strategies (and experiencing the results) is eye opening...

This is so much more than an app and gave me a new perspective that I can apply both at work and at home. I highly recommend this for my friends and colleagues as engaging in these new strategies (and experiencing the results!) is eye opening for anyone.

The micro-changes I made have had such a tremendous impact on my mood, reactions, and energy...

Laura Cusenbary

This program far exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I expected it to just be a basic reminder about work/life balance tips that we all roll our eyes over. Instead, the takeaways were abundant and presented in a palatable and actionable method. The 'micro-changes" I made have had such a tremendous impact on my mood, reactions, and energy. The six different areas that I can pull from to help reduce stress also help me perform at a higher level throughout my day.

Practical examples coupled with scientific information...

I thought the program was excellent. It exceeded my expectations! Mindfulness and meditation is something that I had never practiced or ever thought I would. Kristen presented it in a way that appealed to me with practical examples coupled with scientific information. It was comforting to know others were having challenges, and it was uplifting to hear how the tools were helping them in their daily lives.

Feedback About Online Teacher Training Programs

My relationships with my students are stronger than ever.

My goal is to teach my students how to think about, understand, and manage their behaviors to be able to make healthy choices. The Weekly Wellness lessons and other mindful awareness practices I have been teaching provides them with a space to be able to understand their emotions better. The daily practice has decreased behaviors and increased understanding and compassion within my students. There are less inappropriate behaviors in the classroom and more kids are helping each other out.

The Weekly Wellness program and my dedicated meditation practice has benefited me in more ways that can be described. My relationships with my students are stronger than ever. This program has provided me a positive direction to work with my students each week. It has been very beneficial for myself and my students.

Brian , Teacher, Upper Providence Elementary School & Owner, Insight Minds

The Weekly Wellness Program reminds me to stop, and take time to refocus.

I feel like the school day is busy from the moment I walk into the building until I get home. The Weekly Wellness Program reminds me to stop, and take time to refocus. I love being able to share and teach new strategies for students that will be useful for them in and out of school.

Kara Collins, 1st Grade Teacher, Buffalo Trail Elementary

The ideas I learn each week make my life more joyful and less stressful no matter what is going on during the week.

The Weekly Wellness program has given me ideas on how to slow down and enjoy the moments of each day.  It reminds me to take care of myself and show kindness to others every day. The ideas I learn each week make my life more joyful and less stressful no matter what is going on during the week.  Also, I enjoy sharing these ideas with my family and students.

Many parents have told me how much they love it and use the strategies at home.

It has made such a positive difference! Many parents have told me how much they love it and use the strategies at home. Teachers have told me that it has really helped with stamina in work and test taking. Kids talk about how when they get stressed they use mindful breathing. When I come in weekly, I've noticed that the participation and attention of the kids has increased. It has been really cool to watch how kids and teachers use it. It has also made me more thoughtful in my work and life.

My company, Kids Adventures, uses this curriculum in a before & after school at our 42 locations. Our 3 pillars are Movement, Nutrition & Mindfulness.

The kids in my class ask me everyday to do the "plant our seeds of happiness"

The kids in my class ask me everyday to do the "plant our seeds of happiness" and for good reason–it helps them be ready for a day of mindfulness! I see a huge difference in our day when we remember to plant.

I had no idea that the parents were reading the information ... I was delighted to know that we are all using the same language

I had a mom of one of my students who really struggles with highly emotional and angry outbursts tell me that when he becomes angry at home that they breathe to "put out the fire" in the "smart part" of his brain. I had no idea that the parents were reading the information I was sharing and was delighted to know that we are all using the same language – at school and at home.

This is one of the best things that we’ve ever done

I would say that the stress level was way lower at the start of this school year for teachers and kids alike. The kickoff of the 2016-17 school year was more focused than ever before. This is one of the best things that we’ve ever done.

Chris Hardy, Principal, Sunrise Elementary

I am so STOKED about the impact the work you and Kristen are doing that is having a profound and direct impact on all of us!

I walked around this morning and popped in classrooms, and what I am seeing is so amazing. One group was sitting in a circle with each child looking to next in the eye, saying, "good morning billy, today I am grateful for....."  In another room kids were filling out the slips the teacher provided for them to write the kindness they have witnessed within their own classroom. A third group was  out of their seats, moving intentionally in a low lit room talking about how their arms feel as they move through the motions

I am so STOKED about the impact the work you and Kristen are doing that is having a profound and direct impact on all of us!

I finally felt like I was NOT about to lose my mind...

I got trained by Mindful Life on January 26.  I started using their methods in my classroom on January 28.  We were already 5 months into the school year and it was the first day, all year, that I finally felt like I was NOT about to lose my mind.

Simple to implement and makes an important difference...

Mindful Life has made a positive impact on our students and staff.  Students are learning and utilizing strategies to deal with the stresses in their home lives and school lives.  Teachers are deliberately teaching students how to recognize stress and giving them tools to be successful.  Mindful Life is simple to implement and makes an important difference for all of us.

We are getting terrific results...

I have to tell you that we are getting terrific results with the 3rd graders. The lessons the kids are learning are being transferred to other academic areas and parts of the students' lives. Now my 4th and 5th grade teachers want to be trained!

Scott M, Principal, Maine

The most valuable training...

I have been to a lot of trainings in the last 20 years of working as a social worker in a school district and the Mindful Life Schools training is one of the most valuable ones I’ve ever had.

Edith D, Social Worker, Maine

This program has helped more than I could have ever imagined.

Schools are stressful and as an instructional coach for teachers, I always had a Kleenex box and chocolate ready for the teachers who needed to see me. After they had been trained in the Mindful Life Schools methodology, it was amazing to see the difference. They could sit in my office and breathe, and turn their whole day around. I know it’s hard to think about giving up 5 minutes when you only have an hour to teach math, but I can assure you, you easily make that time up. This program has helped me and the teachers I coach more than I could have ever imagined.

Karen G, Teacher, Colorado

My teaching of mindfulness is respected and viewed by others as a worthwhile...

I am grateful to have a very polished program and that gives credibility to me bringing mindfulness into my classroom. Before finding Mindful Life, I was worried that parents/peers would perceive my efforts as some "kooky" thing that I was into, rather than a truly useful set of tools for students. Now, my teaching of mindfulness is respected and viewed by others as a worthwhile, practical and positive effort. The inclusion of the neuroscience behind the practices is very valuable.

This is the favorite part of my students' day!

It helps me transition from the business of getting ready for class into actually teaching class. In my classroom, we use mindfulness techniques to take 5-10 minutes at the beginning of each day to transition from coming in to getting ready to learn. Several children have spontaneously volunteered that this is their favorite part of the day.

Dianne G, Teacher, Colorado

Helps me stay calm and to keep perspective

It helps me stay calm and to keep perspective in stressful situations during high stress times of year. I am also able to run more productive meetings with parents and colleagues with ease.

I realized how much I am running and racing

I realized how much I am running and racing and not being mindful at times, and wanted to implement this completely in my life and to help my students that I work with every day. My school board doesn’t offer anything, so I began my journey when I visited the Mindful Life website. Now I’m sharing ideas to help other colleagues with their students too.

Students will utilize mindful breathing independently...

I have noticed that students will utilize mindful breathing independently when feeling nervous or distracted, and when we practice mindful breathing or mindful listening together, they transform and show the respect and tranquility I'd been hoping they'd show!

Audrey N, Teacher, Costa Rica

Classes that do use this practice are more focused, easier to engage...

I work with all the classes and grade levels. I notice a huge difference between classes that practice mindfulness regularly and those that don't. Classes that do use this practice are more focused, easier to engage in academic dialogue or conversations, are more aware of what teachers and other students are saying and doing, and more respectful.

Melissa O, Teacher/Librarian, Colorado

Mindful Life has given me so many tools to get my students ready to learn from a brain-based perspective.

I have taught for 14 years and I always prided myself on being in tune with the needs of the students. Yet not once did it dawn on me that even if I had my students' attention, it did not necessarily mean that they were ready to learn. These are two dramatically different things. Mindful Life has given me so many tools to get my students ready to learn from a brain-based perspective. It has provided me with wonderful feelings of accomplishment through my students' new found engagement.

I have seen the lasting impact on students' ability to pay attention, practice empathy and compassion and to manage their emotions in stressful situation.

I have used it daily with students in my classroom, have used parts of it with high school students while traveling abroad with them and led classes after and before school teaching components of Mindful Life. Not only does this idea impact the day to day lives of students, it teaches kids (and adults) valuable tools that they can use well beyond the walls of the schools in when they learn it. I have seen the lasting impact on students' ability to pay attention, practice empathy and compassion and to manage their emotions in stressful situation.

Thanks Kristen for training teachers and counselors on the techniques of Mindfulness.

The other day my five year old was struggling and whining. I told him to go to his room until he could pull himself together. He walked out a few minutes later and he had composed himself. At lunch, I asked him what he did. He responded, “I sat down and took some mindful breaths and it helped me calm down.” Wow. Thanks Kristin for training teachers and counselors on the techniques of Mindfulness.

We are giving them skills that will last a lifetime

Our five year old is learning Mindfulness at school through a program that Kristin taught and he has used his skills multiple times. Our children are growing up in a crazy time and if we can give them skills to manage this constant pressure, we are giving them skills that will last a lifetime.

We are a better organization if our staff are connected and relaxed.

I now have less work in my day because my classroom runs so much smoother.

I took the Mindful Life -- Schools training in January, and found that by February my students were better able to learn new material, had fewer behavior issues and got back on task faster. In fact, I now have less work in my day because my classroom runs so much smoother. It has helped me be less stressed as well.

I came home with personal goals, tools and an action plan for mindfulness.

Costa Rica was the perfect setting to learn and practice mindfulness. The Mindful Life staff took care of everything before and during the trip, which, with my busy schedule, would not have happened if it depended solely on me. I had such a wonderful time, learned a lot about myself and mindfulness and came away with new friends. Most importantly, I came home with personal goals, tools and an action plan for mindfulness. Thank you, Mindful Life!

Do not pass up a chance to join Dr. Kristen Race. It will change you!

My wife and I had the most wonderful, life changing experience at a Mindful Life retreat in Costa Rica with Dr. Kristen Race!   She is the guru of the "neurology of stress" and presents this information in a manner that is easily comprehended and implemented into your daily life. I was especially intrigued with the brain research presented and how it impacts our thoughts and behaviors.  Dr. Race is a dynamic speaker and her research is cutting edge. We have incorporated many of the concepts and strategies we learned into our daily lives and it is making a striking difference in how we approach each stressful situation. The benefits of a mindfulness practice are infinite and the ability to have a solution in place when stressors arise is so very advantageous. In addition, as a practitioner of Chinese medicine, I am able to pass on these gems to my patients. Do not pass up a chance to join Dr. Kristen Race. It will change you!

I’m going to remember these conversations for the rest of my life ...

I’m walking away from the retreat feeling very grateful and open to be able to have more intention in my days. I learned here that if you can take care of yourself you can handle your stress better, and you’ll be much better off. You'll listen better, you’ll be kinder, you'll be more sympathetic. I think these tools have made me into a better person ... I’m going to remember these conversations for the rest of my life.

Kristen's presentation has changed the way I compete as an athlete. While the pressure of a situation on the golf course used to start my spiral into mental chaos, Kristen has provided a menu of different strategies that I can pull from to easily regroup and perform my best. The best part of learning this was how accessible Kristen made the information to me and my teammates, and how simple the exercises are to put into practice.

Kristen provided so many ideas for us to take home and use, and my kids love them!

Generation Stress was the best workshop we’ve sponsored at our school! We actually have conversations at the dinner table with our 4, 7, and 9 year-olds and the evening hours aren’t just something to get through anymore. This presentation is so important as we try to nurture children in a rapid and stressful world.

Included practical exercises to work into a family's regular routine...

I loved that Kristen's presentation included brain research, as well as practical exercises to work into a family's regular routine. It feels as though parents find it manageable and worthwhile to implement - it’s not just another presentation they attend with no follow through after. The presentation was very professional and well received. It has been a pleasure working with Mindful Life both through the classroom professional development and with Kristen speaking to a parent group. I hope that our paths cross again.

Your concepts really hit home...

The Peaceful Homes workshop was AMAZING! Just what my family needed! I could tell how much your concepts really hit home for people, as they kept talking about it long after you left. Your ideas make such sense, and we so often just need a good reminder of what we know in our hearts to be true! Thanks again for such an inspiring talk, and for all the work that you do to help us."

I love Kristen Race and her talks for parents and teachers are amazing.

I love Kristen Race and her talks for parents and teachers are amazing. She is interesting, engaging, funny, and uses concrete information about the brain to create user friendly strategies that can be applied immediately at home with your family or in the classroom with children. Many teachers at at our school use her techniques and practice mindfulness on a daily basis in their classrooms.  She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the research that supports mindfulness practice.  I can't emphasize enough how much I admire Kristen and encourage schools to work with her!  I would encourage you to use her for both your parents and your teachers. We like her so much I believe we have used her three times with parents, once in school with our entire faculty, and we have teachers who have attended trainings on mindfulness practice in the classroom with her.

The presentation was excellent, we got a huge amount of positive feedback on it.

The presentation was excellent, we got a huge amount of positive feedback on it. We had several departments interested in getting her contact info, which we’ve passed along. We really appreciate that Kristen was flexible. Her speaking style, the several moments of ‘get up and try’ all worked very well with the audience. Members from all our departments appreciated her talk, which is no small feat when you have departments that range from Utilities to Legal to Wellness.

The Creating Peaceful Homes presentation was extremely informative.

The Creating Peaceful Homes presentation that Dr. Kristen Race shared at our school was extremely informative. Parents thoroughly enjoyed the information presented and had many questions about ways they could bring “peace” into their homes. The Family Fun Night that followed the presentation gave them many hands-on ideas about how to do this and was a highly enjoyable and fun-filled event!

She explains the connection between brain and body in a clear and approachable way that everyone can understand

Creating Peaceful Homes was the best thing we've sponsored at our school! Kristen's knowledge of the brain is extraordinary and she explains the connection between brain and body in a clear and approachable way that everyone can understand. This is the most useful presentation I have been to as a parent because Kristen provides so many skills and ideas for us to take home and use with our children. My children specifically request so many of the strategies that I brought home from this workshop. I like the strategies because they not only brought calm into our busy home but they also make my children feel important and like they matter. Our time together as a family has become much more meaningful and fulfilling. We actually have conversations at the dinner table with our 4, 7, and 9 year olds and the evening hours aren't just something to "get through" anymore. This presentation is truly fascinating and so important as we try to nurture caring and calm children in a rapid and stressful world.

I really loved the presentation

I thought that it was an incredible way to start off the school year. I think that the knowing the reason why we are doing these activities (to help with anger, calm down, deal with stress, etc) and being able to share that info with the kids is invaluable.

The presentation was very professional and well received.

Last night was wonderful from our perspective. There were countless parents singing the praises of Kristen, her work, and her presentation. Many folks purchased books, which is always a testament to their "buy in." I loved that Kristen's presentation included brain research (buy in for the scientific minded), as well as practical exercises to work into a family's regular routine. It feels as though folks find it manageable and worthwhile to implement- not just another presentation they attend with no follow through after.

The best description of the brain and how it acts and reacts...

Because everything you do -- or don't do -- affects the way your child acts, you also should read "Mindful Parenting" by Kristen Race. It probably gives the best description of the brain and how it acts and reacts of any book the Family Almanac has recommended in years.

Gave me the tools to ease some of Caitlin's stress and anxiety...

Praise for Mindful Parenting by Kristen Race: "his book give me the tools that could help ease some of Caitlin's stress and anxiety, but it also did it in a way that didn't make me feel like a bad parent having to change years of bad habits."

I swear on my mothering life that I never thought I'd be one of those self help, book reading moms. I didn't expect to identify with and see myself so much in this book. Trust me, I've laughed at most parenting books, condemned them, and even thrown them out, literally in the trash. But this one was different.

Maybe it's because of all the stress we have had around here lately. Maybe it's because not only did this book give me the tools that could help ease some of Caitlin's stress and anxiety, but it also did it in a way that didn't make me feel like a bad parent having to change years of bad habits.

This book also explained it in scientific detail exactly what is happening when my child has a moment of anxiety, what happens inner brain and how her body responds. This book opened my eyes and gave me better insight on what is happening with my child.
